In 2017, the International Eraser Stamp Competition, the industry’s first full-scale contest for “carving skill” and “design ability” in the eraser hanko world, began. And from 2023, a new contest “Japan Eraser Print Contest” has started to follow the trend. Aiming at the healthy development and technical improvement of eraser prints and eraser hanko, the new contest has been reborn as a highly challenging contest with different themes and rules for each event.
